SHIPPING POLICY

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 24 hours excluding weekends and public holidays from Melbourne.

If your order contains one or more Back Order items, it will be shipped as one package after the restock date, unless additional payment is made for extra shipping.

Hatnim uses Sendle and Australia Post.

Domestic delivery may take 2 to 10 business days depending on your location.

You will receive a tracking number via email when your order is shipped,

which can be used to track your parcel at try.sendle.com/tracking. 

Sorry, we cannot deliver to PO boxes or parcel lockers.

Your delivery will be sent with Authority to Leave (standard shipping). If you do not wish your item to be left unattended, please select Signature on Delivery service (extra charge).

Within Australia,

We offer flat rate standard shipping of $7.50 on all orders under $100.

Signature on delivery shipping is available for $10 on orders under $100.

Free shipping over $100.

Shipping to New Zealand is $15

and to the rest of the world is $25.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Hatnim, we ensure high standard quality and packing of our products. If you unfortunately receive a damaged or faulty product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product and we will arrange a replacement or a refund. The product must be unused or unworn and in original packaging.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds on change of mind. However, if you require a change of size or design, please get in touch with us to arrange a replacement at your own expense for return shipping.
