If your order contains one or more pre-order items, it will be shipped as one package after the restock date, unless additional payment is made for extra shipping.

Domestic delivery may take 2 to 10 business days depending on your location.
You will receive a tracking number and link via email when your order is shipped.
Your delivery will be sent with Authority to Leave (standard shipping). If you do not wish your item to be left unattended, please select Signature on Delivery service.
We offer free shipping on all orders over $150
and a flat rate of $9.50 on all orders under $150.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Hatnim, we ensure high standard quality and packing of our products. If you unfortunately receive a damaged or faulty product, please contact us within 2 days of receiving the product and we will arrange a replacement or a refund. The product must be unused or unworn and in original packaging.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds on change of mind. However, if you require a change of size or design, please get in touch with us to arrange a replacement at your own expense for return shipping.
